1. How to order

To order, please call us (832) 868-0168, fax your order with order form to

2. Price

The prices are quoted in US dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice.

 

3. Order Quantity

We accept small orders. For order greater than $5,000.00, we provide special discount.

 

4. Sales Tax

Texas resident needs to add 8.25% the sales tax, there is no sales tax for out of state of Texas or international order.

 

5. Shipping & handling charges

For US domestic:

The customer pays all shipping & handling charges. C.O.D. customer pays C.O.D. charge. For economical and convenient, all shipment will be shipped by United Parcel Service (UPS) ground. Please provide us your name and address for shipping. Rush delivery requirement can be made by extra shipping & handling charges.   

 

None- US domestic:

All orders are F.O.B. Houston warehouse shipping point. Customer will pay all shipping & handling charges. All shipment will be shipped by United Parcel Service (UPS).    

Custom duty - Customer will pay your own country import duty or consumption tax. We can either charge you the duty and regulation fee provided by The United Parcel Service (UPS) in advance, or you can pay duty by yourself which you will be assisted by UPS and let you know the duty fee or consumption tax and custom duty will be paid before you receive package.

 

6. Method of Payment

We are PayPal verified and PayPal is our preferred payment method.

We only accept Paypal for online order. We also accept cashier’s check, money order and C.O.D. only accept cashier's check, money order. Personal check is also accepted within the United States. Products will not ship until payment clear in the bank. All order charges will include both goods and shipping& handling charges.

 

Payment by check, please make payable to Pegasus USA, Inc..

 

For international order, we also accept international bank draft and wire transfer as methods of payment.

 

7. Returns

Return authorization numbers must be requested before acceptance. Unauthorized returns are refused and returned at customer’s expense.  All returns must be made within 14 days of invoice date. Merchandise returned will be subject to a 15% restocking fee unless defective. We reserve the right to inspect for misuse and determine whether repair’s replacement or adjustments are necessary.  Merchandise must be returned in it’s original packing and in resale condition. All products returned must be 100% completed, contain all original boxes and packing materials, all manuals and other accessories. The customer pays all shipping charges. Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges back to PEGASUS on returned items. When we receive products back, we inspect them carefully, then immediately credit your charge card or send a refund check.

 

8. Warranty

Mechanical breakdown not caused by abuse or neglect will be repaired free of charge for a period of five years. Breakdown in the electric tensioning unit not caused by abuse or neglect will be repaired free of charge for a period of one year.

 

9. Shortages and Damage

Please inspect each shipment upon receipt of merchandise. Note any discrepancies or damage. Call us immediately about any shortages. All claims must be made with our office within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. Damage that occurs in transit is the carrier’s responsibility and claims must be made at once to the carrier by you.
