Extremely satisfied! First off, Mr. Young is a pleasure to work
with. The ordering process is smooth and I had the stringer in 4
days with a reasonable delivery charge. Setup was complete in 15
minutes.
The stringer is well made and solid. After stringing for several
years on a two-point mounting system, I prefer using this 6 point
mounting system. It is much more stable in securing the racquet.
Seems to have all the features of higher-priced machine, including
braking system which is proving to be important with the my Prince
O3 raquets.
Back to customer service. I had a problem in understanding one
function of the stringer(operator error). Mr. Young walked me
through the sequence and was very understanding and patient
throughout the process, even considering the problem was my
foolishness. He always responded to email in a very timely fashion
(usually within 30 minutes or less).
Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the Alpine 6000 stringer
and with the friendliness of the staff at mutualpower.net This was
a great purchase.

Hi, just got
my machine. Thank you for prompt delivery and the additional clamps
and packs of strings to try out. I know I will like the mult
filament string so I will probably be ordering some in the near
future. I ripped open the box put the machine together, cut the
strings out of one of my racquetball racquets and strung the thing
in 30 minutes. I think I will enjoy this machine. I am not sure I
will keep my hawk 26 or sale it on ebay. Thanks again!

know the stringer works fine I am very pleased with it and so is my
dad. I have an issue with strings. Do you have a big bulk of strings
which I could buy from you. I would need about 25 to 50 or so
packages or maybe 2 or 3 reels. I have seen the prices on the site,
but I thought you could give me any type of discount since I am
buying bulk. Please respond asap.
